Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

SECTION 3 - PRODUCTS AND ORDERS

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. Our products are made-to-order through our Print-on-Demand partner, Printify. This means each item is printed specifically for you once your order is placed. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

SECTION 4 - PRICING AND PAYMENTS

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods supported by Shopify Payments.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Because our products are made-to-order, delivery times include production time (typically 2-5 business days) plus shipping time. Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. NOVDAT is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, extreme weather conditions, or any risks during transit once the package has left our fulfillment facilities.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Due to the nature of Print-on-Demand products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse, or if you order the wrong size or color. If you receive a defective product, a misprinted item, or an item damaged in transit, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. Please provide clear photographic evidence of the issue so we can issue a replacement or refund.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs, is the property of NOVDAT or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not copy, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments.

Our store utilizes Shopify Inc. for hosting and Printify for order fulfillment. Your use of our website constitutes your agreement to be bound by the Terms of Service and Privacy Policies of these third parties. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites.
